World of Tanks Blitz

WHY THE HELL Does the E75 have SO MUCH ARMOR!?!?!
I have the tier 10 GUN on the VK 4502 B yet THAT It cant PEN A ♥♥♥♥ING E75. Yet HE PENS MY FRONTAL ARMOR!? and before anyone says it, it's kinda hard to aim for the sides/rear when Im a slow @$$ heavy and he's coming right at me.

Im sorry, Im a little POed because here I thought the only Armor Cancer was the IS line. but suddenly comes E75 and my TIER 10 GUN CANT PEN FOR♥♥♥♥♥♥ Either that or the VK just has horrid armor.

Is 246 Pen that awful? is this Really the gun I will have on the Maus? Yes, I have considered that maybe the gun is just not that great

246 pen is good for Tier 8, average for Tier 9 and trash for Tier 10. I recommend pen boost on the Maus.

Both the VK and E 75 have nearly impenetrable frontal armour to each other, they could probably only pen you because they had a good angle, used APCR or shot your cupola. Best option is to keep moving your turret and your hull when not shooting.

this and use calibrated shell if you are having such a hard time

also learn to side scrape. I've seen too many german heavy drivers go out of covers sideways thinking they are impenatrable and got rekt

Hm. a good point, I dont often use Prammo because of how pricey it tends to be.

So am I to understand that the heaviest tank in the history of tanks... has a crappy (or at least mediocre) gun?

Im actually no stranger to sidescraping but not all situations call for it.

but isn't it's armor also mediocre? from what I heard...
Pros:
Highest HP pool

Cons:
Large Target
Average Armor
slow as $hit
(and now)Mediocre Gun

That being said, if the Armor isnt that good I wanna give it more HP but if its like the KV1 then I'll gladly add the improved armor bonus

Maus’s frontal armour isn’t what I’d call reliable, but if you keep moving you’ll often bounce most shots completely by accident. I got the HP boost because that extra 150 HP could mean the difference between life and death.

I personally find the speed quite bearable, especially after driving things like the T28 and AT 8. The gun may be trash, but your HP is great enough for you to rack up a fair few shots, also because enemies often can’t be bothered to put you as a high priority.

Although I can’t often be bothered, angling at about 60° will leave a minimum of 330mm effective armour on the hull (except one very small spot), and angling the turret at about 50° will render the entire turret a minimum of 350mm.

Of course APCR is still a problem here, but angle when you can.

every pro Maus driver knows how to angle the tank to maximize effective thickness, so they become literally invincible

it is like a KV-220, angle both turret and hull nothing will pen you

very easy, 30 degrees for the hull and extra 5 degrees for the turret. Sometimes you just wiggle and shells automatically bounce off

just like a Maus, but don't show the lower plate if possible

E75 is higher up then vk 45b. Since the vk doesnt have good armor on the turret, you notice everyone is just staring at your turret. E75 can move its gun and look at your hatch and bam. E75 is like a bigger improvement as I notice. But sidescraping is so op. I have to play the vk again just for the new teir 10 tank
