Not sure, but I would guess it should. Just try, what you got to lose?

Well, Steam itself probably stopped supporting WinXP, you might try the Microsoft store version of WoT Blitz, maybe you can get that one to run.

But seriously, why are you even using XP anymore? You know that support has ended a while ago and now XP is a playground for hackers and exploiters, chance is you already got some botnet running on your PC?
You even could get Windows 10 for free (legit, and might still be able to, but not sure), and pls spare me with all those "reasons" to not go Win10, basically everything can be fixed/reconfigured with a bit of effort and knowledge, and the whole "phoning home" of Win10 is nothing to worry about when you think about all the data you already provide to the industry each time you surf the internet, use social platforms, buy something online or in stores using a credit/ec card, et cetera et cetera...

the Operating Systems that supports to play this game are

Windows 7.

windows 8.

windows 8.1

windows 10.

that is all.

Since XP is not supported anymore by Microsoft, most software devs or platforms like Steam do not claim their games to run on XP anymore, and just leave it out of the requirements. But that does not mean that it generally cannot run those games, most of the time you can get games still working with some (often even little to no) effort.

Only real issue that could prevent it to run on XP is directx. I haven't looked into this, but trying is as efficient.

7 is XP+NT together with some framework and protocol upgrades, and wider variety of supported stuff and hardware.

actually, i would recommend that OP plays WOT PC instead of WOT blitz.

based on the system requirements here, it is clearly shown windows XP can't be used to play WOT blitz at all.

this link below is the system requirements to play WOT PC for windows OS.
