No.
The DavaProject folder is the framework for Blitz and is needed to run the game. It contains your replays and a variety of cache files such as camo’s. As with cache files in any program, they can become corrupted by errors made when your computer is saving the file. When you delete this folder a new uncorrupted copy of those files will be dowloaded the next time you start the game.
They will be downloaded again automatically when you reopen the game. Reinstalling should only be needed if the problem still occurs after they are downloaded again.
They can be located somewhere else than the traditional location and you may need to do a file search to find them. Here's the traditional location and some others that staff or players have mentioned:
C:\Users\%username%\Documents\DAVAProject
C:\Users\%username%\Documents\packs
If using One Drive, substitute that for C. Recently Windows 11 players have found those folders in \users\%username%\AppData\Local\wotblitz\
