Tips for exp grinding

its soo frustrating to grind exp on stock tanks because they seem useless,im looking for tactics that i can use

the more damage you do, the more exp you get at the end of match.

destroying tanks is one thing.

but damage is important as well.

also, i would like to ask these questions from OP

1) what is your playing style

2) what tanks you using???? (TD, light tanks, medium tanks, heavy tanks) e.g kv-1, kv-2, su-100, Leopard.......etc

I did say 'all too often' meaning I do not agree with it.

Naah best way to grind xp is to pop some premium token then activate a booster.

For the next matches your xp gain gets super high but then for the duration of the premium you have to play tanks you're grinding.

Even without prem tokens you'll at the very least have boosters from chests you get daily.

Make sure to train the crew to 75% with credits before you start using it (unless you already do that)

And make use of the twice a day x2 multiplier, use the tank twice a day with the multiplier and you’ll get there eventually.

I’m not sure how helpful that is, but I’ve just done twice-a-day battles in my main tanks and I’ve reached Tier VIII three times, as long as you keep doing it.

don't waste free experience on useless stuff. You always want to have a pool of free experience, the higher tiers you go, the more free experience you want to boost. That way when your starting a stock tank, you can use some of that free experience to boost the tank a little so it isn't stock right from the start. Most tanks you want to upgrade to a better gun. Others that have a decent starting gun you want to up their speed if they are slow tanks, etc.

This way, you never start off with a pure stock tank and have to grind it completely. You will always start with a stock tank that has a better gun already ready to go.. thus more damage, thus faster grinding, thus better results in the battle. That really should be the main thing you ever use free experience for is to research your tank out of sucky stockness right away. Then sure, you used up 20k free experience on the tanks top gun right away, you'll get it all back as you grind the rest of the tank through and start on your next tank.

I've saved up 190k free XP and I don't plan on spending it.

I have a stock tank everyone, i don't feel like contributing to fights for quite a while because im too slow and my gun can't pen anything, enjoy playing with me lol, i'll be the one on the bottom of the ranking list.

I prefer the old fashioned way. Plus, more experience with bad tanks will make you better at handling them and help you adapt to playing other stock tanks even if I can’t research its modules with free XP.

If people wanna complain about me driving a stock tank they can take that issue to WG.

Premium account + some boosters will basically be giving your X2 xp boost Everytime you win. There's also just playing like a professional.
