He'd have and axe to grind if he was trying to buy tank X and they gave him the wrong tank by their mistake and then refused to make it right for some reason. And it'd take thousands of him, coupled with a drastic drop in new players, to actually affect WG.

...and this somehow makes WG's policies acceptable? The OP didn't get anything worthwhile. WG was not forced to use a loot crate system. They choose to do so. Which means they can be held to account for that. Like, taking advantage of the weak-minded that will spend $100s on completely worthless digital property. (And you don't even really own it. WG can shut down your account and take your stuff at any time, and for any reason they want to make up.)

T18 is very powerful for a tier 2 tank. especially if you go get the gun that can deal 1 hit ko.
