Upgrade Points

Can upgrade points be traded into either Free Experience or Credits? There is an area where you can exchange gold for points and such. But I have not yet figured out how this area works. With a few exceptions everything is zero's. Thanks in advance for any help and advice you can provide

When using premium tanks or a tank with full upgrades, you'll earn experience on that which can be converted into free experience using gold. Free experience can be used on any vehicle.

I've got a teir one tank, full upgrades, with 59,000 Upgrade stars. Already moved into a teir two tank. Can't do anything with the remaining 59,000 points. Or can I?? New to this game. Pointers welcome!!!!

PS. I did look into converting these points. They don't show up in the coversion area. AGain, thanks.

Like I said above, you need gold to convert that 59,000 XP into free XP to use on other vehicles. You probably don't have enough gold hence you can't see it. Have you researched all the modules on the tank?

Yes. All modules have been researched. I have about 3000 gold so would think would be able to convert at least some of this. I will tho look into this again. If I recall corrrectly, was able to pull 10 points off for conversion but made no sense what with having the 59,000 as said.

Just checked the Free Experience conversion area. None of my upgrade points from either my teir one or teir two tank showed up. Just what I have earned on my teir three tank. Actually it showed my teir three tanks (2) with the ability to put a checkmark by them. The teir one and two tanks were not listed.

In order to exchange XP on one tank into free experience, you need to have the first tank completely unlocked. Every option researched. Once all the tech has been researched, you can exchange the XP for Free XP using Gold.

XP on a tank remains there whether or not XP is required anymore.

Free XP is earned from every game and can be created from excess XP using Gold.

From what you have described, it sounds like not all options have been researched on the first tank. i.e. a set of tracks, an engine, a gun, etc.

and it might not be even worth it to change experience into free experience, usually its better just to use the gold to upgrade things directly than to change into free experience, then use it.

Use Steam's screenshot manager, just press F12 in-game to take a screen, then press Shift + Tab to bring up the Seam overlay, select screenshots and upload it, or exit the game and the screenshot manager will show up asking if you want to upload or delete it, once it's uploaded, link the screenshot in a new post.

Baronvonfoxbat: I checked your suggestion and all moduals were researched. Still does not show in the credit exchange area. I finally figured out how to take and post screenshots. Flirst one is the exchange area. The second shows the tanks I have with the teri one showing up front. As you can see I have lots of upgrade points, useless to me as have already upgraded to the teri two tank in the same line. None transferred ulpward when I got the newer tank. So unless I find a way to use these points, they seem a waste. Thanks again everyone for the suggestions and the help being provided to a newbe here.
