Blitz Modding

With Blitz on steam, the files should be easier to access then Windows 10 or mobile.
So could it be possible to use mods intended for mobile/Win 10 or WoT PC on this?

I'm refering to self-satisfaction mods of course ie; Louder weapon sounds, custom crew voices, custom sixth sense alert, or custom skins. All things only you can see and have no negative impact on other players.
