How to make the game run in windowed mode?

I have a computer so weak it can barely open a word document. The fullscreen game is too much for it too handle, and as such I suffer 2-3 fps. Is there a command I could use to make the game run in a window?

Yes it does I cannot run minecraft at fullscreen but in a small window it gets 11-15 fps
