While that is true for the standard PC WoT, it's false regarding WoTblitz. Sorry, but how can an official WG Moderator get that wrong?
mha06123 has it actually got right that there is just one crew for all tanks&tiers, it's just that this one crew has a mastery-% for each tank, and the perks you can learn after reaching 100% mastery work on all tanks.
Reset of one perk costs gold and takes away that perk (and all levels you aquired in it), but gives you back the XP so you can invest it in some other perk for that tank type. You can actually press reset and then get a warning about what it does and how much it will cost, and you have to confirm it before anything happens.
You can use the crew of the same type onto another tank, but it will need to undergo crew retraining, unless it's a preium tank. Unlike regular tanks, premium tanks can accept crew members trained for other tanks of the same nationality and type without a proficiency penalty. [/quote]
