How install mods?

Hi, I find a fine mod to change my hangar ( http://tanksmods.com/hangar-on-the-canyon-map/ ) but on internet are only explanation to install mods on smartphone. So I will ask if someone know how install a mod for blitz on pc.

If anywhere you copy the files to xxxx\World of Tanks Blitz\Data\3d\Maps with xxxx being wherever you installed steam.

The whole game seems to me like the autistic, why play a game where graphics processing is terrible. I better pull the original WOT, which are modeled 3D models.

Because no one plays a game because of its graphics. They watch movies for those, and even then the movie should have a decent story.

I play games to have fun, good graphics is just an optional extra.

WoT Blitz is just a different game than the original WoT, and after having played both, I like Blitz better. I especially appreciate the matchmaking that keeps tiers closer together, constantly getting against -1+3 tiers in WoT was really frustrating, along with the very long matches.

In WoT Blitz matches are much faster, and teams are smaller (7vs7) and make every single player matter more.
