What are the best overall Medium and heavy tank lines??
(preferably with good penetration)

Medium overall? Russia. Heavy overall? Germany, best tier X heavy, I think IS-4

I can see that Armor-wise German heavies are superior, they feel clunky though(Tiger I). I thought maybe Russian heavies are any better?!

Actually Tiger 1 is a very fast (for heavies)Russian heavies are even slower usually, except IS-3 is more mobile, but not the greatest. French "heavies" are the fastest, but no armor, so I don't know why they're heavies

Actually Tiger 1 is a very fast (for heavies)Russian heavies are even slower usually, except IS-3 is more mobile, but not the greatest. French "heavies" are the fastest, but no armor, so I don't know why they're heavies

one more question, Should I invest on tier 8 Jagdpanther 2 or tier 7 Tiger 1? (Considering the TDs get overwhelmed somewhat easily in battles)

depends on your playstyle. Imo both are good tanks, but for personal preference i'd go tiger 1. Depends how you like to play your game though

the russians is good for new players with both speed and amromr, although the guns are really inaccurate compared to other nations(my opinion)

Russians also have a long reload time, bad option for brawling...

Russians are actually really good at brawling, if you know how to make their armor work (it's different compared to how german armor works). And the lack of accuracy/high aim-time does matter less at close range.

brawling in russian heavies are what you want to do actually, you're right. Their accuracy and aimtime is negated, and their boom guns are a big help

run tiger 1 with the mediums. It's mobile enough to get there in a timely manner, and it's got the armor and firepower to brawl with the mediums
