Best tanks By class ?

Halp I'm confused by the stats, wich ones are the best of their classes in your opinion,
and also wich class do they belong to .

all depends on what you like playing. Some who like certain tanks don't like other ones that people find popular. Many like a tier 6 kv2 due to the big gun, i personally didn't like it, i liked the kv1s more. More mobile and while less damage, more accurate and can snipe pretty well with its reload. Some like heavy armored tanks, some like snipers with big guys, some like fast flanking. Just depends.

The T29 isn't bad, its great if you can just keep its turret peeking above to shoot, its weak on its actual body, but it's turret is super tough. If you can protect the body by having a hill blocking most of it, small wall, etc you'll do fine. But since it's body is weaker armor, its much easier to shoot its body than trying to shoot a weak turret. Anyone who knows what they are doing won't fear a T29 unless its well hidden with just its turret showing. Much easier to aim at weak spots on it compared to tanks who are reverse armored (heavy body and lighter turret).

best TD at tier 5 is pz sfl for unicums it is crazy OP but people hate its armor

I think Pz Sfl is exaggrated. AP pen of its second 88 gun is insane but that level of penetration can only be effectively utilized at tier 8. 100mm pen is more than enough for tier 4-6 and Pz Sfl sacrifices so much for its useless gun in terms of size, armor and gun arc that it is almost surreal. Regardless of your skill level, you need a good team to utilize Sfls potential and that is dependent on luck, not unicum level skill.

I aggree with that too... many higher level professional players and youtubers have thumbed it down. Its just too big, too fragile and difficult to maneuver compared to other options.

On the other hand, higher skill players can carry the game in any of the useless tanks... its complicated.

but then you might as well mount A 10.5cm on the STUG and play it like an ELC

given the traverse of post buff stug iii, I would be surprised if it doesnt work.

All excellent points. I noticed that the American heavy tanks hull armor went down in thickness at tier 6 but at the same time the turrets frontal armor and gun mantlets got beefed up. I can park somewhere hull down with a T-32 with a good scout and someone to watch my flank I can lob shells all over. It's a bit slow and it has it's flaws at tier 8 but it's kinda fun to be a tank sniper 😁 however I use my tier 6 M6A2E1 premium heavy like a rhinoceros on a rampage 😆
