Hellcat as example, mix between absolute speed and firepower (76mm the best)
and T95 is basically the American embodiment of thicc
What do you think about German line?? specifically the Jagdpanzer line
- Armor thickness
- Mobility
- Accuracy
- Alpha damage
- Camouflage
- Turret
- Gun arcs (L/R, U/D)
- etc.
Now, anyone might have a favourite TD (I really like the T30), but that's personal preference.
Sadly, the Hellcat is only an impotent shadow of its former self..
Well I prefer Damage and accuracy. Any suggestions based on that?
US: Decent combination between fire rate, damage and accuracy
Germany: BIG GUN AND BIG ARMOR the accuracy is decent
British: idk
I'll go with Russia and German Jagdpanzer line:-)
Just make sure you take the Jagdpanther II and NOT the Ferdinand. Trust me, you don't want to take the Ferdinand..
Btw. the WT/Grille line excells in accuracy, and what they lack in armor, they compensate with mobility and camo. And the turret can come in handy as well.
I LOVE the AT 8, I love the fact that you can shoot TONS of rounds in a few seconds, ill take ROF over single shot damage every day!
I wish it had a turret, but, the armor makes up for it. I have come close to getting a Kolobanov 3 times in that thing, missed it by less than 2 seconds all 3 times (my guy died SOON after I killed the 5th red) and yes, I am in the thick of it, every time, so, this isnt really what you want if you are a camper (the damage is too low, but, the ROF makes up for it in brawls).
I cant STAND the camper TDs, they are not fun (SUYs, M8s, Wolverines, etc), they get me into trouble all the time. BUT, if you are a camper, the 152 has way too much damage and doinks shots with its armor, so THAT line is good for campers. BUT, if you like to brawl, the AT8 is hard to beat (if you know how to protect your flanks)
Maybe his definition of a brawl vastly differs from ours (and I dare say, that of basically anyone else), but yeah, a brawl is the LAST place you want to end up in with any of the AT-line tanks.
You either use them as snipers (where their accurate, fast-firing guns come in really handy), seal off some narrow pathway were enemies would have to deal with you up-front, or as a second-line sniper, having your frontline prevent anyone from getting close and circling you.
In a brawl (that is, a close-up (melee) fight with multiple combatants), the extreme slow speed of the AT, paired with his lack of a turret and the easy-to-hit (at short range) cupola, combined with the general flat, straight, un-sloped surfaces that are unlikely to get some bounces, make it about as comfortable as a fish on land.
Up-close, nearly anyone but the slowest tanks (a few heavies and a couple of tds) can easily c-o-d an AT.
