Player Support may change a username for free in some situations:

"Username contains a typo (applicable to new accounts and after a recent username change).
Username violates the Game Rules.
Username contains personal information (e.g. your real name or email associated with the account)."

In order to do this you will have to submit a ticket to support. You can do that ingame by selecting Settings/General/Support.

Only Support can change your name. No one here can do that.
