Endings & Playthough Guide
I found this guide on some board a long time ago when I finished SC on my PS and thought it might be helpful for you youngsters on Steam. It's a direct copy from the messageboard so you 'll have to deal with the forum tags but I'm sure you'll be able to handle it. Enjoy.

The best way to get all the endings and enjoy playing the game is to dedicate yourself to one ending each playthrough. That means you want Sonico's position to be in the corresponding area on the map below.

This map is the heart and soul of Sonicomi. Nearly every choice you make and outfit you coordinate has an impact on the map, and it solely determines which ending you get each playthrough.

Think of nearly every piece of clothing, dialog choice, and "YOUR CHOICE" prompt as having an "attribute" attached to it. Depending on which ones you choose, Sonico's location on the map changes. If you dress her up like an anime character every photo shoot and repeatedly make choices based on becoming an "internet idol" or similar, her position will launch straight for Subculture. The same applies for outfits and choices that are "genki" (happy, fun, energetic) -- dressing her up as a cheerleader and making dialog choices that reflect laughter and fun will shoot her position way up towards Genki. Even different designs on the same piece of clothing have an effect on her map location. The "LOVE ME" T-shirt design is strongly Oshitoyaka, while the pink rabbit design is strongly Subculture and the tie design is strongly Mainstream. It's best to save a handful of outfits, each with a particular specific focus, to help reach the ending you choose on the map; two mainstream outfits, two genki outfits, two subculture outfits, etc. This can take a while -- click one shirt, check map location, click next shirt, check map location, click next design, check map location, choose the shirt with the most effect, then move on to the next piece of clothing and repeat -- but it's worth it in the long run. Dialog examples below...

Dialog choice examples
In Chapter 1, you get three choices asking how you'd like to portray Sonico in your pictures.
- Choosing 着エロ系 (erotic/sexy) is the choice to pick when going Mainstream, because apparently in Japan sexy models are the norm.
- Choosing 清純な感じ (innocent feeling) is the choice to pick when going Oshitoyaka, because Oshitoyaka means ladylike/modest.
- Choosing お馬鹿な感じ (silly/foolish feeling) is used for Genki or Subculture endings.

In Chapter 3, the drinking party also bumps her position towards your direction of choice. It's best to take your time here and make sure you're choosing the correct answers based on your path as shown in the guide I linked at the bottom of this post. In fact, you should do that before all the prompts and events with Sonico!

I'm probably beating a dead horse by now, but again, each answer you choose has an attribute attached to it. You need to pick the correct ones to get the endings you want. The same applies for her clothes. Dressing her in a sweater and stocking cap with other mood-matching selections to give her a "warm, cuddly feeling" will move her straight down towards Oshitoyaka, which again means ladylike/modest. On that note, let's talk about outfits and photo shoots.

Photo Shoots & Outfits
The purpose of photo shoots is to unlock new clothes. You must get an S or SS rank for each client to unlock all available pieces. The only other impact they have on the outcome of the game is a Bad End if you get a C rank somewhere along the way -- like getting knocked out by Sebastian and arrested -- yep, been there done that got the T-shirt. (no, you don't actually unlock a T-shirt... sadface) As you're dressing up Sonico, watch how she reacts to your clothing choices. The first time you do a photo shoot for each client, you want her to be jumping and throwing her fist out towards the screen.

Now here's the trick to outfits and photo shoots. If you've put together a few outfits for clients before, you'll know that each client has different demands. But if you're going for, say, a Genki Ending and your clients all want Sonico to dress Mainstream, that's a problem. How do you get around this? After you dress her up according to their demands and get a good score, reload your game and then dress her up the way YOU want in order to move her towards your ending of choice, then SKIP the photo shoot. This carries no penalties and allows you to both get a good score and move her the way you want on the map. In future playthroughs, every client you've already seen will have the Skip option available.

I got 80 hours on this game by now. I have already figured lots of tips and info from this passage, and I knwo some of them does not applied to the PC version (Ex: Subculture = Niche, Oshitoyaka =Mellow in PC).
However, there is something that really intrigues me
1) You must get an S or SS rank for each client to unlock all available pieces.
Is this really true? I grind Sonicoin by playing the same customer again and again and again. I usually get SS on Hard, so like every 10 game or so, I don't know, quite huge gap, I get a random clothing pieces. This confuses me as hell. Why those random clothing pieces keep coming, and what do I have to do?
Also, from time to time, when I skip shoot, I got a clothing piece. again, confused as hell.
2) How many bad endings do you think there are? I guessed there are 19 and I got all of them, but I still have not gotten the Achievements.

I'm on my third playthrough, and I didn't know that skipping a shoot carried no penalty AND moved Sonico's position. That will help me avoid ending #8 (which I got two times already).

EDIT: I've got a small question. If I use the same outfit multiple times, will Sonico's position continue to move, or will it stay the same ?

EDIT 2: Well, I answered my own question. The position continues to move.
