Possible bug? - I move incredible slow after opening the HUD for the first time.

Using a controller, if that's relevant. I don't have this issue in the tutorial but as soon as I started a regular game I noticed I was moving painfully slow. At first I thought this might be normal however after dying my speed returned to normal until I opened the HUD. Anyone know how to fix? Or does anyone know if there is a place I can report this?

i sometimes have this, usually opening the HUD again and closing it fixes it. happens when the cpu is used heavily
