Hire Female Cops Failed

More than half of my force is female, at 11/21. That's a 1.5:1 ratio of F:M. Do detectives not count? IF they didn't I wish City Hall clarified.

I'm pretty sure detectives count, as I counted them when I played and I was successful. It's possible you've mistaken a male cop or two for females as the game doesn't actually state the sex of your staff members. You just have to make assumptions based on their first names and their pictures. Some male cops look a bit feminine and vice versa.

that's the point. ESPECIALLY in 2022 you CAN'T see who's Male and who's female anymore. LOL.
