There is a manish looking officer with the name of PC Playtonic. Does anyone know what this is a reference to?

it's a game development team of people who worked on banjo-kazooie and donkey gong working on a game called "Yooka-Laylee" which is a spiritual successor to the banjo-kazooie games.

I assumed it was a stab at overly politically correct people. PC Playtonic has a ponytail but male facial features and is quite androgynous as a result. Playtonic is the company making Yooka Laylee, which apparently ended up being a poor attempt at recapturing the banjo games, and I thought they had some PC culture war controversy occur with them. This officer did not exist in the game afaik when it was first launched. I hadn't played it in some time and don't remember this one but saw them today. There's also a table of every officer and their starting stats

I had to kill them. They were going to snitch on me keeping the serial murder evidence and firing isn't good enough.Shame, she was one of my best officers at the time.
