Investigation -Frames not Unlocking

So, Ive playing the game and Im on the 30 day and NO investigation has got any frame unlocked, Ive putted more then one investigator on the case and it keeps having no change.
Am I doing something wrong?

which case mate? because sometimes it requires tons of investigator (i forgot which ones the case but it took me 6 500+ investigator to unlock) if im not mistaken the car bomb was the case that I was just missing the final one

Nope Im talking about the very first crime, the homicide of the black activist, also robbery of the asian couple

Ok I do not understand.
So did the case gone cold?
Did you 'archived' the case?
Are you sure you have put the frames in the right oreder? (It will says that you can now sent the detective and police officer to arrest the suspect if the crime order picture is correct)

Actually it has not unlocked any frames, it justs stands there the same as in the first day

Try putting all of your investigators on it. Remember they work shifts same as your regular officers, and they tend to kinda suck at the start of the game. Don't worry, cracking a case gives them a big bonus, but at the start, you kinda want to go for brute force. Even with a few good detectives, it can take a few days for anything to turn up.

I think what he means is that the cases are not advancing at all. You don't even get the pop up telling you that no new frames have been unlocked.

I have the same problem at the moment. After 22:00 no new situations pop up and the game just seems to wait for the "new frames" event... and nothing happens. 02:00 - End of Day.

Will try to restart my game an see if it makes any difference.

Might be a bug. But I havent experienced it. Try reloading the week or the day before you got the investigation
