Anyone else getting random car accidents later into the game?

I managed to make it to Day 170, and noticed the past few days I've been getting an absurd amount of random car accidents with my officers and detectives, like 4 a day. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this happen.

I did getting accidents as well. I think it might be related to An event with ??? which asking you something about large amount of fuel or something, I accept it and since then my officer/detective keeps getting accidents, but not as bad as you tho, only 1 or 2 per day. What I'm annoyed about it, there is a chance my higher professionalism officer will be affected by it.

I'm fairly certain it may have to do with the choice To accept ???'s offer of replacing your fuel with his partner's for $80k, you now have to deal with a large amount of car accidents ranging from 2-3 today of random officers or detectives. I ended up making the choice to get extra money and it's not worth it at all. Especially when there's no actual way to stop the event after you've said "Yes" - apparently the PD can't buy new fuel or even make an investigation against the guy.

If you want to go back on your choice you need to go back about a week to avoid it. I think th event is on day 169 so the save point before that should be good.

How can you acces saves that far back? That event is a collosal ammount of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
I think it makes the cars slower too

When youre loading the game, you can roll back the calendar and select a previous monday

If your officer shows up drunk, send them home. Every time I sent an intoxicated officer out on a call he died in a car accident.

oh I always do that. Later on, you can get random car accidents where the cause is unknown. Looks like the running theory right now is because of a deal with ???

Dying while driving drunk isn't very common. I've been driving drunk for 25 years and I'm not dead. burp

Never again will I trade my fuel. Too many accidents. So many officiers and detectives lost...
Also, it seems your staff have slower cars.
