Yep... snitch will most probably die. Give it to your lowest rank officer. So far my playthrough I just shared 50% earnings most of the time without a snitch. Not sure if this will bite me in the arse or not since everyone would know about the extra 'revenue'

One thing I notice before I don't have anyone as a snitch, the paper state question mark for my relationship between the police station employees but after hiring a snitch, she tells me how good the relationship is (the thumbs up/down thing), I have not yet to getting the snitch dead tho..
