I also had some issues with hiring asian cops, wasn't sure if one of my detectives was asian or not lol. Could be fixed simply by adding more info for each cop such as like their race and their age.

For the Asian thing, if you keep Kochi's shift all alive by August 5, there are 3 Asians on that shift so you don't need to hire anyone. You can also make another Asian person from the other shift to come on that day.

The female cops thing, just hire the ones that are obviously female.

Fire old "staff", not "cops", so detectives too. DeBritto counts as old. Just check their fire tabs, anyone who you can fire for being old, fire them.
