Similar to how a SWAT van increases your chances of police officers capturing a suspect without any casualties while on serious calls, the paddy wagon functions similarly. However, the paddy wagon is only available on calls that may include multiple suspects or perps such as a riot on the streets or a massive brawl at a bar.

Send them out with your police officers whenever you have the chance. Otherwise, the cops you send out on calls may request reinforcements, or worst, may end up KIA.

How do I get paddy wagon? I'm on day 12.

The mob will either offer you one if you send 4 officers to help them with something, or the dept will buy one eventually a little later one.

On Day 24 you get the paddy wagon automatically in case you missed the mission from the mob.
