Its a digital-download product, they can realese it on 11:00 in each country on the world if they want to. Thats what im moaning about, not the fact that the realease isn't on 00:00

the game is released at the same time everywhere in the world , that's it , i find it fair . i have to whait until 18:00 GMT+1 (in 7 hours) . sad for me but i can get over it , you will still be able to play the game so relax .

i guess it depend on where you are , for me in france it say's 18:00 .

GMT is UTC+0. Saying 16 UTC is 18 GMT+1 makes no sense at all.

You are forgetting daylight saving time.
Current time offset in France is UTC / GMT +2
It will be UTC / GMT +1 again starting October 25.

Or in other terms, UTC+1 is the timezone, however due to DST (daylight saving time / summer time) currently being in effect, it's offset by an additional hour, effectively making it UTC+2.
