The developers are from Belarus. One of the publishers is from Sweden. The other publisher is likely from somewhere in Europe.

and even if they where not it doesn't change anything , they where supposed to do the same things on the previous release date , everyone does it . stop moaning almost no one release their game on 00:00 whatever hour you have in your part of the world .

not 00:00, but deliver it on 11 am into the states, and seven hours later to the rest of the world, when the day is almost over?! Its a digital-download product, they can realese it on 11:00 in each country on the world if they want to. Thats what im moaning about, not the fact that the realease isn't on 00:00
