Homicide investigation (man thrown out of window)

I can't seem to find this case anywhere on the internet. I thoroughly checked Google, these forums, and every single guide/walk-through to This is the Police that I could possibly find. I can't even find a single mention of this case anywhere on the internet, let alone the actual answer to this case. I am getting desperate and just can't seem to figure out that answer. It doesn't help that 2 or 3 of the 5 witness statements are absolutely irrelevant and have nothing to do with how the sequence should go. I am at a complete loss of how to solve this.

It seems like I am missing some frames and that is why I can't solve this. This would appear to be the most obvious explanation. But after putting every last detective on this case for at least a week now, and having them always come up with no new frames, I had given up on this being all of the frames.

I feel like the only person to ever come across this particular investigation. How can this be possible? Why can't I find evidence anybody has ever experienced this investigation before?

I've put over 10 highly professional detectives on it for multiple days and continued to receive no additional frames...those 12 frames have to be all of the them.
