Card Drop Frequency

How are other people finding it for this game? Have they even been added yet as the store page claims?

I've been playing for over 4 hours now and I've yet to get my first drop. These things can vary of course but its kind of annoying, especially when a different new game I've started gives me them all in around 3 hours total.
