Is it based on impact rating of other cars and environment or just cars?
I'm guessing it's based on impacts per race, so I'm sure it will average out as I do more races.
Of course, I have to stop running into people on accident for that to work. By the way, since we're on the topic of symbol meanings, anyone know what the plus/wrench signs mean next to your name before a race? I'm guessing customized livery (plus sign) and vehicle upgrades (wrench), but I'm not 100% on that.
+ sign = any kind of upgrade without bumping the car to the next tier, I don't think livery customization counts.
