Low FPS 7970 Crossfire
Title says it all the game is giving really bad fps with dual 7970s this game really needs patching and if people say they are fine wait till the WRS racing and you will see what I mean.

By what I can tell this game was made for single cards only the game is only using 50% of the graphics and processing power.

System Specs
AMD II X6 3Ghz
16GB Ram
Dual 7970s
Other ♥♥♥♥ does not matter.

use the newest amd driver with the current crossfire profiles for grid2

Already on latest going to give the beta driver a try and see if that helps.

Make sure the drive says it has a crossfire profile for Grid 2, if it doesn't, you likely won't see any benefit from crossfire, you might even loss performance if there is no profile.

In any WSR where their is more than about 6 cars it really makes some fps lag and it is still maxing out at 50% and the fps is still a load of ♥♥♥♥. This smells like console port to no end.

2 GTX 680's in SLI
Newest Driver installed

FPS is pinned @ a constant 120fps

Did you check the patch notes for the most recent driver for your card? I would check to see if there is any mention of crossfire support for this game. Luckily Nvidias latest driver added an SLI profile for GRID 2. If you don't see any mention of crossfire support I would try to play the game on a single card (until a new driver is released).
