what's the point of using a racing wheel if we don't have a cockpit view anyway?

Bonnet cams are suitable for racing wheels too.

Why to use pc wheels in this game? Arcade playing with common control.

I have a fancy Fanatec CSW and CS pedals, are they supported or not? Don't see them in the list..

Most realistic driving view with a wheel is bonnet view. Especially if you already have a cockpit yourself. I drive like that in most games 90% of the time anyway. Cockpit view is a nice feature, but not really needed for racing.

It's not the same as cockpit view. It's way harder to drive in cockpit view because you see less, in bonnet view you can still see a lot.

I so don't understand these comments. I don't want to see 2 wheels in front of me... really i think this cockpit view stuff is utter nonsense.

Agreed. It makes more sense to have a racing wheel+bonnet cam for immersion. I don't get all this 'NO COCKPIT VIEW, NO BUY' bs. Preordering Grid 2 when i get the chance. :3

The cockpit view is simply harder, that's the point.

i will miss the rearview and side mirrors though - but to not buy the game? That was what I was addressing.
