Glitch in Demo Derby

It is not counting my laps on the long track, so if I'm in first I'm actually last all the time. The shortcut has been removed in the short track which is good but it's a very bad glitch on the long track. Is this happening anyone else?

I just had that same issue... Leading 2/3 out of the 5 races and then it doesnt count one of my laps! Soo annoying.

EDIT, discarded laps are happening on both long and short circuit.

it doesn't happen me on the short circuit but I've seen it happen to others. It always happens on the long one. Hit you a few times if I remember, had to just turn around and start bashing though, no point racing

Did they try to fix the shortcut without telling us ?, only to introduce another bug! - Codemasters ? = codebreakers lol.

I have this issue also,..short circuit is fine as long as you don’t do the cut otherwise the lap does not count.

The long circuit however does miss count laps ever so often I drove 8 laps and it only counted 6 laps

I followed a few cutters lastnight and seen them win by doing so on the short track, 100% fixed my ***.

Same here. Leading the race and all of a sudden I was last (no shortcuts taken). The I finished 3rd, but I was 4th in the points ranking???
Another time I was 6th, didn't pass anyone and switched to 4th place.
Really annoying!!!

what a BS this game and this mode is! .. I just don't understand what's going on. I take 3rd place, overtook the guy in second, and the game will drop me to 6th?!?.. ok carry on racing, passing people, but it doesn't advance my position, and eventually ending last almost all the time .. what that hell ?!?! why would codemasters release somethign that doesn't work at all ?!?! :(

same here.. it should happen to everyone and as i'Ve seen so far it happens to nearly everyone. unfortunately its making demo derby more or less unplayable because its completely out of order.. its no fun to be in the top 3 and then suddendly in the last place :(

i hope they will fix it at all !! i don'T even need a patch soon lol, just fix it in idk a month or something like that.. with codemasters you never know, they like to stop supporting their games after 1-2 patches rofl (like it happened with dirt 2,3 grid and many other games -.-)
