GRID 2 vs RELOADED EDITION
Can somebody tell me if the cars performance in the Reloaded Edition is really better than in Grid 2 ? If the cars drift less thanks their "TrueFeel" system and if it's a real improvement? I would like to buy the R.E. (Especially for that drift problem with some models like the Koenigsegg CCGT...) but to be certain to see a TRUE difference between the two versions. Thanks for your assistance!

A friend of mine got the reloaded edition and had played my version (with full DLC) before purchasing it. He told me there was NO difference in the car handling or gameplay. But it is a better deal pricewise. And since you already have the game, you are set to go.

You had already answered one of my questions a few months ago, then thanks again for your assistance “H3LLIXX” ! I'm a little disappointed because I hoped that the “TrueFeel” system changed really the car handling. It's incredible that cars like Pagani and especially Koenigsegg drift as much, (Even with the best settings and the largest possible rims) whereas these racing cars should remain like on rails ! I have all the DLC, except the Drift and Indy Packs, and after almost 280 hours of play I'm accustomed to GRID 2 and I manage to drive correctly even with my iMac keyboard. So I hesitate between buying the R.E or changing completely for F1 2013 Classic… In any case, still thank you for your assistance !

(P.S. : I don't have ALL the DLC : as I bought GRID 2 only for 7.49 € (!) I then bought several DLC except the Drift Car Pack, IndyCar Pack, Peak Performance Pack, Car Unlock Pack and Bathurst Track Pack. I would have liked to buy this last, but I have already the brilliant Nissan Skyline R 32 which is in Super Modified Pack. What stupidity to have added it once again in this Pack, instead of proposing an other car !)

One of the most common complaints I read in the forums was exactly that. The "Drift" style of driving in this game was a problem for a lot of players, Grid 1 was so differently done and some people expected the same handling, and didn't get why it was so different. It is what it is. Grid Autosport split the handling difference of the two in some ways, but as you progress in Grid 2 the handling issues become less annoying. Have fun and cheers !

There is not supposed to be a difference in the reloaded version as far as the way the cars handle. The "truefeel" that is mentioned is new compared to grid 1. The drifting in Grid 2 gave me some problems as well since I was used to grid 1 but after practice you will get the hang of it. And to be honest, the cars handeling felt more real in grid 1 compared to grid 2. Grid Autosport felt more real than both of them.

Thanks also for your help StarSCream but as for H3LLIXX's answer, I still don't understand what's the exact role of this "TrueFeel" system and what this term really means ! (Except that it's a NEW thingummy, for what purpose I don't know...)
Since you say that you can't feel and see no handling or performance difference with GRID 2 , SO, what's new in this R.E. if the game is the same, the tracks and the cars also, and if these last drift as much ?!? ;-))

The pricing of the complete DLC Pack is not really gamer friendly.
The Reloaded Edition hits at 12 bucks, the All-DLC pack is more expensive.
Thats the way how you outmaneuver your best customers.

The TrueFeel System of Grid 2 was an interesting attempt,
and I like both Grid 2 and Autosport.
The first feels more action packed, the second more like realism.
Both games are definitely better than Grid 1, and still mark the spot for Arcade Racers.

What would be really great would be if the players that cheat by using downloaded trainers and hacks were banned from online play. You need to look at some video and screenshot evidence of this and deal with them in a direct way. Those of us who paid FULL PRICE for this game deserve that . Don't you agree? Thanks.

Is it really that hard to simply do online mode Grid 2 Steam ban on these idiots? You guys can GIVE this game away if you want to. It will still be a joke to play it online. And the DLC is ENTIRELY for online play. Please. How hard can it be?

As bad as you drive in this game, you need to download the hack cheats. I could overlook in in your case. You are pitiful, dude. Really.
