stuck at low fps

trying to play, but grid wont do higher than 20 fps. i tried using compatibility mode and downgrading my gpu driver but that didnt fix it. also, changing graphic options didnt make any difference.
heres my specs
amd ryzen 5 3600
asustek prime x470-pro
32gb ram
RX 6700 XT

Maybe there's a setting somewhere that sets FPS? I'm pretty sure there are different parameters, I've seen 59 and 24 and such, maybe yours is at 24 or something? I think you need to be in full-screen mode to see it, though.

i have the same problem long time ago, i think is the drivers from the gpu.
