does this game has bosses or open world?

i just play need for speed in origin, and well I like it, and well some of my favorite things are the bosses and the open world, so I want to ask if this game have those, and see if I buy the game or not, and if you could tell me about a game with those features. (sorry for my english, the english is not my native lenguage)

it has no bosses, in the history mode, you have tournaments with differentes types of task like: drift, overtakings, fastest lap, time attack and race obviously. it has no open world. no race against police or something like that.

Think of this game as going back to the roots of the classic PS1/PC Need For Speed, but with more emphasis on drifting and better graphics.

Although it does not have an open world. But, each race does have its own "bosses" as there is always the one driver that will give you a tough challenge.

Harrison Carter and Callum Kirkwood are freaking bosses, these guys start at front of the pack and if the road is small like Azure good luck catching them on first try on hardest difficulity D:
