Both of you post me your Task Manager's graph during the crash.
Check your logs after the crash happens
How to do it:
Start>search for "Event viewer">Windows logs>and check System/Application for the time your game crashed and the logs that have been taken. Something is messing with the game, windows is that kind to register it in the logs.
THIS WORKS 100% OF THE TIMES I HELPED A CUSTOMER, it should work for you too!
