DiRT 3 GAME START FIX

Hi Guys n Gals. I had the problem with Dirt3 not starting. And it will not start, UNLESS you have a Windows Live Account AND and XBOX for Windows Account. Go to:

http://www.xbox.com/en-US/LIVE/PC/DownloadClient

Download the Marketplace Client, and then just follow the instructions from there. Once the account has been created, switch back to STEAM and Dirt3 will launch. Good Luck!

I'm running Win7, so my only suggestion is to preview the win live and Win 7Xbox forums for Win8.1 specific fixes. I'm soz my solution did not help you :(

Guys, simply, wait for GFWL to be removed. I know it's hard for users who bought this game this sale but it will be definitely better.

Also, if you already have GFWL installed and it won't work, what you need to do is uninstall both GFWL component, RESTART YOUR COMPUTER, and then reinstall. This is what I had to do to get it to work. Restarting your computer is key.
