MY FIX FOR DIRT 3 INSTALL WIN 8.1 X64

After trying all the forum suggestions without success, my fix is:

1 - Uninstall Dirt 3, GFWL, Rapture3D and OpenAl
2 - Pause AntiVirus and Firewall
3 - Install Dirt 3 (dont start, only install)
4 - Download: http://www.xbox.com/pt-BR/Live/PC/DownloadClient
5 - Delete gfwlivesetup.exe from dirt3/redist folder
6 - Copy the new gfwlivesetup.exe (from download) to dirt3/redist folder
7 - Start Dirt 3 , at first start will installed OpenAL, Rapture3D and the new GFWL
8 - The game will open with success
9 - Start the antivirus and firewall.

Did not work :( Still have DSS Launcher: failed to start application. [2000] -> 0x000002E4 Error

Went so far as doing this Twice. the second time formatting the Hard drive re-installing the OS and still :( I just want to play the game.

Ditto for the mistake, I'm on Windows 8.1. I'm on the property dirt3_game.exe in the root of the game. Mit into executable director and executable under Windows 7 always the same worries. Yet I also play in Resident Evil 5 which passes under GFWL, no problems with it. Pay € 20, played 20 hours then nothing, not serious GFWL and Steam.

Idem pour l'erreur, je suis sous windows 8.1. J'ai fais propriété sur le dirt3_game.exe dans la racine du jeu. Mit en éxecutable administrateur et exécutable sous windows 7 toujours le même soucis. Pourtant, je joue aussi à Resident Evil 5 qui passe sous GFWL, aucun soucis avec celui-ci. Payer 20 €, joué 20 heures puis plus rien, manque de sérieux GFWL et Steam.
