Game is all black

I know this is Arena and not the og ED. I wanted to try this before buying ED since it's free. I downloaded, registered an account, launched the game, and I'm just staring at a black screen while audio is playing. I can see the mouse cursor and it responds without lag, my system is well above recommended specs, but nothing appears on screen. I alt tab and force close it from task manager, delete it and redownload it. No difference. Why is this happening?

No idea. Raise a ticket with support.

Arena isn't even purchasable as a standalone product any more and this forum is dead.

I'm not sure how you downloaded the product unless you already have it. Its not free, it doesn't exist any more to get, free or otherwise.
