Applications for the tournament shall be served from January 30 2019 to February 12 2019. Upon the completion of this period the applications will not be accepted. After that all applications shall be classified and divided to groups , by the qualification of the participants in each group and the corresponding level.

С 30 января 2019 по 12 февраля 2019 проводится подача заявок на турнир. После завершения этого периода заявки не принимаются. Далее будет проведена квалификация участников в каждой группе, соответствующей уровню.
