In most games isn't the sensitivity 16:9 (or the resolution ratio)? It feels 1:1.
That is to say, the verticle sensitivity feels much too easy to change in respect to the horizontal.
This is strange - I have a 16:9 monitor and a mouse with no features at all and the awkward mismatch doesn't occur to me. If you could send this mouse info to feedback@wearepixeltitans.com I could make sure this info about your mouse in particular doesn't get lost. (We've addressed other mouse anomalies like this there before).
Specs:
970m gtx
16 gb ram
Intel i7-6700
I run the game at 1920x1080 resolution and use a standard logitech m100 mouse.
edit: vsync off, 1920x1080, 90 FOV
But I also can feel some mouse acceleration. Since this game was advertised as old-school I assumed there will be a raw-mouse-input setting but there is not.
Maybe it is 'identical' but the equation for calculating diagonal movement is not right. Try to play overwatch, half-life and other games and then come back to strafe. You'll see the difference
