Are there any plans for Steam achievements in the game?

A lot of people in the discussions asked why the international release has the japanese censorship. If you are making a worldwide version, why does it have to keep the censorship from japan? That is not the case with a lot of japanese games on steam. Second, could the first game get voice acting please? It was a massive disappointment to not have voice in the original game. I will pay for voice acting in the original game please....
