Untamed Lack of Customisation?

Does the untamed actually lack a lot of customisation or am I just missing something?

They are furry creatures. Yes, there is some lack in the ability to customize.

Thankfully, there are some things you can do with editing the .ini files to make up for it. I plan on giving my barb a hat in the near future. Just as soon as I find the ini settings I had saved for him.
