Actually worth coming back?

I used to play a fair bit back in 2010-11 and stopped around that time with a 69 Psychic. Obviously things look a lot different from before, but it was always such a chore to go through. Since I recently got back into a private server, I wanted to see if things are any better here than before. Can anyone give a little rundown of how much better it is now? I'm discounting everything that involves P2W because that was always a PWI problem and I don't care about it, so don't start it here please.

Run down, since 2011, you have 4 new Classes to pick from 2 races. Earthguard Seeker and Mystic, Nightshade Duskblade and Stormbringer.

New Universal starting zone all races go through. Original zones rescaled for higher lvl characters. New dungeon in Quicksand Maze which allows you to gain acess to gear that is better than most stuff at that level prior to lvl 80. The lvl 85 QSM gear is simular to TT lvl 90 but loses out to tt99. It requires a squad to start it, but can be ran solo. You also have Morai region that unlocks at lvl 95.

Other new things to note is, you get a Mount for free at lvl 7 during starting zone, flyer at lvl 9/10 in starter zone, both gotten via a quest. Dungeon 19 Human, Untamed, Winged Elves remain but only have a quest for Rebirth characters.

Also another feature added is Rebirth/Awakening levels. You can rebirth twice. Rebirth unlocks at lvl 100 of the current birth level. Meaning you need to be lvl 100 on the current level system. This unlocks a new Region called Primal World.

As far as worth coming back? That really depends if you enjoyed it previously. Server populations are dependant on time of day you play. Another note to make they merged the original servers after years of population decline. So there are 4 servers. 1 for Europe, 1 for Us East and 2 for US West. From what i gather, US East server was Dreamweaver and Raging Tide now known as Tideswell, US West Twilight Temple was US West Sanctuary and US East PvP server i believe. And US West Etherblade was Other US West PvE server and US West PvP server i believe. Dawnglory is the merged server of Europe PvE and PvP server.

Don't let the server merges make you not want to play. There always 400+ people on during peak times on all the servers so it not like no one playing. Granted low level content will be a bit more difficult to do if your not in a faction as public help takes a bit to find.

I've return earlier to PWI after 2 years hiatus, I can say it changed for the better. Yet, ultimately it going to be up to you if you like the changes.
