too bad you managed to kill the game

Who is this for now? I used to play it, for hours...but then it got repetitive. Sigh...now it's just for the veteran players, nobody else. Which is fine, but I felt left out because I got sick of the gatcha/lootbox system.

I was actually excited for this event but, it's broken. I got the first rice baby and turned it into a Jumbo but when I went to get the second, I can't find a way to turn Kelly's Experimental Drugs into the High Concentrate. At first, I thought maybe it needed more than 10 this time but I'm up to 20 and none of the NPCs or interactions let me change it so I'm giving up on this event and losing any hopes of this game being good ever again....
