Probable fix for "Launcher.exe has stopped working" issue

Hello guys, i think i found a remedy to the "launcher.exe has stopped working" issue.
I can't promise it will work 100%, but now i can finally play to this game :)

If you want to know what caused the problem, read the following text, if you are not interested, go to the bottom of the post.

EXPLANATION:
In my case, the error is caused by the BEX64.exe file. I found this file caused issues with many games or software (Dragon Age, GTA, Windows Explorer.....-yep-), but none seems to have discovered WHY or HOW this happens.
The source seems to be one unnecessary programs that automatically load on start-up.
To stop all the software that can affect our game client on start up, we can do as follows:


SOLUTION (this guide is based on Windows 7, but it can be used on Windows 10 too, i guess, you can try at least :D)

1 - Click on the Windows 7 start icon in the bottom left corner of your screen.
2 - Type MSCONFIG in the search box and then either press enter on your keyboard or double-click on the MSCONFIG program that appears in the search results.
3 - Windows 7 will launch Microsoft's System Configuration Utility. Click on the Startup tab.
4 - This takes you to a page with a list of "startup items." Startup items are programs that are automatically loaded every time you turn on your computer. Some startup programs are absolutely necessary, others are simply a waste of RAM.
5 - In Windows 7, allmost all of Windows' essential programs are loaded through something called "Windows Services." We must avoid to disable some system service, and to do so just check on the "Hide all the Microsoft services" at the bottom of the window.
6 - Now select "Disable all"
7 - Confirm your choice clicking on "OK"
8 - Restart your pc.


Now try running again your game, it should be fine now, for me it worked!
I still don't know which program caused this issue, but for now i'll take it like this.
