Can't create Nexon account?

Whenever I try to create a Nexon account I get an unknown error both on the website and on the game launcher, so therefore can't play the game?

same, i tried reset password link too to see if maybe i already had an account, and it says it sent me an email, but i havent gotten it....

My daughter tried creating an account through the launcher and it didn't work because it didn't give proper options for date of birth. Went to Nexon's site and it didn't work saying the date of birth was wrong. Which it wasn't. That was in Firefox. Tried Internet Explorer, didn't work. Tried Chrome and it did work. It might have been coincidence and just luck. And it might have been the browser/version. She then launched the game from Steam and logged right in.

Says my e mail is already in use? That is impossible. I tried 2 different e mails and same thing happens on both of them. I have never before created a nexon account. I tried different browsers chrome, explorer and firefox. Even downloaded nexon launcher. It says my e mail is not valid. WTF!?

I tried creating an account via the pop up window of the client, also tried to create one on the official page- none of both does work. "Unknown Error". What a bunch of noobs is running this game,....?

Nexon also has many other games combined .. Try clicking the "Forgot?" option and type your email in to recover your password.

Thanks but doesn't help. I haven't played any games combined with nexon before. I even created completely new e mail address. New address isn't linked anywhere. I still get the same "this e mail is already in use" message.

Comes to somthing when you can't even register a account, just as well the games is free and I hadn't paid for it, ohe well if they don't want me to play I won't!

Ik this is going to sound sketchy af. But when it says account already in use you have to click spam the continue button and it'll start up maple story with your account. It worked for me.

If you're European you cannot make an account on Nexon US. You have to go on the EU website instead.
