Start farming dungeons for equipment. Heroic V is the best difficulty to go with. It's easy with a good group and has the highest drop chance.
At lvl 29 you'll probably want to farm Cavern Of The Veil.

But Veil at H5 level 29 is almost impossible, unless you have Frozen gear +10 full socketed, and even then it ain't gonna be easy.

armor stats for wizard are tough to find, ideally you want full intelligence stats, but mana are good too, on last resort you can choose to have physical and magical armor.

Well, that depends, if you want to invest in good armor, before anything, you need to find heroic gear with the best random stats (green stats that randomize on drop), these are above the seal sockets, and are usually 3, again, you want to prioritize int, with mana on second thought. After that yes, you can temper them to +10 give or take, and socket bloodwyrms (blue for mana, red for health), your vulkanus (mana and health), and if you want to spend some more, you can sock Taslans for magic damage. It's really up to you, I would suggest you to check a Wizard guide to get more insight on that. I hope I helped.
