So what does this guy do? And what exactly are the conditions to get those coins and cash them in for Heroic mount fragments?
Has anyone found out how this works yet?

From what a few guildmates that played in KR told me : When you level up a mount to it's max level, you get those coins. There should have been a few dailies rewarding those coins as well, but we don't have them.

I have one familiar at max level but I have no coins. So maybe these aren't in the game yet...which is really annoying or I'm doing something wrong.

Hmm... I'm going off to what those said and nothing either. I guess they will hopefully bring that to the next update/maintenance on August 25? But that's way too long of a wait to find out. Oh well. I guess we have no choice but to wait.

Of course they aren't in the game yet. Just like Crafting level 3, and a lot of other things that should have been.

You do have a point there. Level 3 crafting hasn't even appeared yet and no way of using those chewy meats, simple spirits, amethysts, mithril, and snow flowers. They're locking us out of useful stuff!

The level 3 crafting not being in the game has been confirmed by the devs that it is a bug and they are looking into in currently.
It should've been available at level 20 anyways

I guess I'll be okay since I can make Lvl. 10 Elite Potions and go off on the 100% recovery potions for these dungeons. And grab a friend or two.

Besides the point, needs update patches soon! Like pronto! (I know I sound impatient, but I'm still enjoying this game and relieved that the devs do care)
