Unable to purchase NX (Code:51000)

every time i try to purchase NX through the game client, I get this error.

I think i know the issue. theres a security block that keeps people from buying NX on new accounts. I tried off the Nexon site and got this error which coincidentally is the same as in steam

NEW ACCOUNT LIMIT
Due to security reasons, your newly created account cannot charge using this payment method until 07/02/2016. Please use NX Prepaid until then. (Code:51000)

This error is occurring due to your not having a character with Nexon America. Although you are playing Riders of Icarus through Steam or Nexon Launcher, due to you not having a character within our server data, the error will continue to occur.

To resolve this, you will need to create a character in MapleStory then wait one full business day to complete a purchase. After this time, you should have no issues with your transaction.

However, if this does not work for you, I ask that you please follow the link provided below to purchase Karma Koin cards via online using your credit card:

Just get Karma Koins. It's 100% less hassel. I bought $20 of NX, then went to buy more, got an error code and CS told me that I had "reached the limit for the month" or some crap like that. So here I am with $50 sitting in my wallet doing jack all.

I am loving this game and am eager to support it by making purchases in the cash shop. I am not; however, willing to "create a character in MapleStory" to make purchases for riders of icarus. Has this issue been resolved yet? It must be near the top of the priority list as this is a business after all...

No it is not fixed and the MapleStory work around doesn't seem to "work" either. I've been trying. I put money in my wallet on steam and the system still refuses to let me purchase Nx

I must say, that for a business to do this they sure are limiting themselves in capital. Now I'm not even sure I want to purchase anything from them

I purchased Karma Koins and redeemed them on the Nexon site but is not letting me access the NX when i sign on through Steam. Is there a way to link my Nexon account to my Steam account? or did i just mess up badly?

The code is just a little BUG i have seen this couple of times what i do is!! i go char screen login buy NX log to char screen open my other char do the same Rinse and repeat NP at all works fine
