Known Issues

Although we try to resolve every bug, some issues do slip through. Here are the current known issues for Head Start and Open Beta. If you run into any of these, please do not file a Bug Report. Know that we’re aware of them and they will be corrected in the future.

[Functionality] – Hakanas Highlands – Merciless Jeranin is not found at Divinity Shore.

- Jeranin is missing from Divinity Shore

- Players cannot acquire the Dragon Emblem for Taming ‘Agnas the Red’ (Dragon Mount)

[Functionality] – Item – Using a ‘Warp Pass’ triggers the 3 minute cooldown of the Premium Service ‘Transit Shrine Pass

- ‘Transit Shrine Pass’ and ‘Warp Passes’ share cooldown functionality.

[UI] – Quests – Un-Tracking completed quests cannot be seen in the quest log.

- If the player stops tracking a completed quest, the quest cannot be found in the quest log

The following aerial familiar skins (Luminous Benthic and White Benthic) currently have texture issues.

- This will be fixed in a future update.

The item ‘Taming Points Potion’ can be used even when players have full taming points.

- This means that you could accidentally waste your Taming Points Potion if you use it while your points are full.

The Red Qipao outfit appears black on male characters when previewed in Ellora’s Shop, and when equipped.

- The Red Qipao outfit is actually meant to be red, but is currently displaying as black for male characters.

[UI] – Cash Inventory

- ‘Claiming’ an item from the cash inventory will bring up the ‘Transfer’ message that will prevent additional interaction with the cash inventory. Users can simply close and re-open the cash inventory to have it functional again.

FIXED ISSUES

Founder's Packs Not Showing up in Inventory [ FIXED]

Username / Language Filter Impacting some users. [ FIXED]

- We are aware of certain restrictions within creating usernames or typing certain phrases.

The Priest skill ‘Divine Comfort’ is missing a description. [ FIXED]

- This is a ‘self-heal’ skill.

The Bestiary entry for Albino Ashtail is cut off, and the taming conditions are unclear. [ FIXED]

- You can check the Wiki page for information about how to tame Albino Ashtail.

The Bestiary entry for Scalleda has missing information. [ FIXED]

- Attack Redfeather Eggs in Broken Caldera for a chance that Scalleda will summon to protect its eggs. You can also check the Wiki page for information.

The Bestiary entry for Pluto doesn’t explain how to obtain it. [ FIXED]

- After Brakarr Gallant is killed in Hakain’s Crossing, there is a small chance that Pluto will summon. You can also check the Wiki page for information.

Known Solutions

Error Code:51000
This error is occurring due to not having a character within Nexon America. Although you are playing Riders of Icarus through Steam and/or the Nexon Launcher, due to you not having a character within our server data, this particular error will continue to occur until you have a character.

To resolve this, you will need to create a character in one of our other titles, such as MapleStory (or Icarus once we have Open Beta) then wait one full business day to complete a purchase. After this time, you should have no issues with your transaction.

Error Code 276
Some anti-virus programs, such as AVG, Avast, or other programs, will sometimes block "BlackCipher.aes" from running on 32 bit only. This can be resolved by adding the game path for Icarus to your exception list:

"enetfailure_entry_steam_authticket" Error Message
This is generally caused by something blocking your connection from contacting our authorization servers. Please exit out of the client, and re-launch the game.

If a quick restart does not work, please try adding Riders of Icarus to any exception list for your anti-virus software or personal firewall (or try turning it off as a test), then re-launch the game.

"Nexon Steam Game Launcher has stopped working"
1. Please ensure that you meet the minimum specifications to run Riders of Icarus >> {HIVATKOZÁS TÖRÖLVE}http://icarus.nexon.net/en/news/article/14184/riders-of-icarus-final-system-requirements

If you do not meet any part of the minimum requirements, you will need to upgrade your machine.

2. Please ensure your Windows OS and video card drivers are fully up to date, and current. This can be accomplished by running Windows Update, and searching for drivers on your video card manufacturer's website.

3. Please try disabling (or allowing Riders of Icarus as an exception) any anti-virus programs (AVG, Avast, Kaspersky, etc.), personal firewall software, or potentially even Windows Defender when attempting to launch the game. We've found that oftentimes an anti-virus program is being overzealous and blocking your connection to the authorization servers.

4. Please attempt to "Verify" your steam installation. Right click on the game in your Library >> Properties >> Local Files Tab >> Click "Verify Integrity..."

Whats the point in updating if your not going to fix half the ♥♥♥♥ thats broken. I can log into my character but when I'm in the world, The everybodys white, naked and running around while I'm standing here froze then it logs me out atomaticly. I paid for the founders pack and I'm considering a refund until this ♥♥♥♥ gets fixed.

F doesnt work when there are 4-5 people standing on them... I have found clicking to actaully work better... still, this needs to be fixed and smoothed out.

that's strange, i've never run into that issue even if there's 10+ people standing right on top on an NPC, F has always worked.

just another thing on their long-as-♥♥♥♥ to-do list, hope they figure this ♥♥♥♥ out.

I cannot enter the Elite Cavern of the Veil dungeon, since the above mentioned error crashes the game.

i cant even make an account! nor play the game! i cant choose a proper year (i can only choose 2011) and the days are not showing up,its just blank! only thing that does work is the months. i live in the EU,any fixes coming up? :/

You are missing another NPC. After finishing all the main quests from Parna's Coast i got stuck at level 34(which i cant understand why did some people get to level 35 still in Parna's Coast considering i always do the side quests and i still finished at level 34) but i was sent to talk with Crow who then gave me a side quest named "Catch the Past" in which i have to talk to the NPC "The Somniomancer" but like many other players i can't find it near the Artisan Square Transit Shrine where it is supossedly located!?! Is this bug or will it be coming out together with the new region?

You missed sidequests or something then , i did all the quests i found in parna and got 35 slightly before talking to Crow before the npc you speak off, which yes isnt there at all !

I know an issue that you can ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fix. when I'm logging into my character it spawns in the naked, with skills being blankless and after a few seconds it logs me out by disconnecting. Fix this ♥♥♥♥ now.

Today i tried to tame Agnas the Red but when i changed channel from 1 to 5 i got loading screen and need to ctrl+alt+delete to close it because of error......FFS repair it or you'll play this game alone GM's.
